How to Boss Your Mornings
Are you in love with your bed? Do you find yourself feeling groggy until several hours into the day? Is it having an impact on your mood?

These struggles don’t need to be routine, but “routine” is the operative word here. You’ll improve your whole life by adopting a morning routine that works well for you. So get ready to stop hitting snooze, and start feeling prepared!

Consistency is Key
If you find yourself being rudely awakened by your alarm every day, then you are already setting yourself up for failure. Learn to wake up at the same time every day by going to bed at the same time every day. Yes, that’s right: Staying up until 3am gaming every night is bad for you.

Try to be in bed, with no distractions or screens before midnight every night. If you train yourself well enough, you will start to naturally wake up before your alarm, meaning you will be less angry at the world first thing. Did you know pressing snooze on your alarm multiple times is a recipe for feeling like garbage all day?

Hydration Station
If you’ve read this blog before, you know how essential water is. Dehydration contributes to feelings of fatigue and low mood, so make one of your first waking actions by drinking a pint of water. It will make a world of difference (with your morning breath too!)

Stretch and Warmup
We always recommend stretching and warming up before working out, and isn’t tackling the day ahead basically one massive workout? After you have been asleep for hours, some residual stiffness is to be expected. So get your blood circulating and warming those tired muscles up with 15 minutes of dynamic stretching to ace mornings.

Did you know that vitamin deficiencies can be behind those feelings of fatigue? Lots of us in the modern-day are deficient in vitamin D, which can cause tiredness and low mood, and iron. You can only get vitamin D from the sun, or in supplement form.

Taking a multivitamin with your breakfast will, over time, help you overcome fatigue and start to boss mornings.

Healthy Breakfast
How many times have you heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? It is true, it sets you up for the day and provides you with the energy to get going with your life. You should eat a balanced breakfast including carbs, fruits, and protein for the greatest benefit.

Mornings don’t have to be a drag. Follow these tips and start feeling yourself every day.
