They’re a total body burner and you can burn around 15 calories a minute if you’re doing about 10 per minute. We promise that you can learn to love them once you see the benefits they have on your body!
Another exercise that could burn you up to 10 calories a minute. Yes, that might be pretty similar to running but we personally think it’s more fun. There are loads of different things you can do with them too. You can use alternating arms to thrash the rope to the floor or you could stand in a squat position and use your arms in sync.
