3 Quick and Delicious Protein Shakes to Boost Your Gains
How many of us are more likely to go and do a workout if there is the promise of something tasty at the end? We are definitely guilty of that #SorryNotSorry! The great news we have for you is that a particular kind of snack will actually help your muscle regrowth and encourage recovery if consumed post-workout.

That’s right - Protein Shakes!

Our Protein Powder is really versatile and can be combined with pretty much any drink you like, as long as you drink it immediately at the end of your workout. Read on for some awesome shake-spiration.

1 - The Lean Green Mean Fighting’ Machine
This smoothie will get your head buzzed and antioxidants working their magic, while acting as a perfect vessel for that post-workout protein. Packed with vitamins and tangy flavor, this is one for all you guys out there who never stop!

You Will Need:
2 x Green Apple
2 x Sticks of Celery
½ a lime squeezed
½ a cucumber
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Splash of apple juice
6-8 ounces ProRev (We recommend the vanilla)

Throw everything in a blender and blast it until it has a smooth consistency. If it is too lumpy add a bit of water or apple juice.

2 - Berry Punch
Just ‘cos it’s pink, it still packs a punch! Berries are superfoods and offer a smorgasbord of benefits. These include but are not limited to improvements in insulin response, fighting inflammation and even potentially protecting against cancer.

You Will Need:
A fistful of strawberries
Half a punnet of raspberries
Half a punnet of blackberries
1 x banana
A splash of orange juice
6-8 ounces ProRev (We recommend the chocolate for this one!)
Blend away!

3 - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Cake
This one is for the more sweet-tooth aligned among us. If you really crave some delicious moist cake, but know it would throw your nutrition plan out of whack, have at this healthy alternative.

You Will Need
2x Handfuls of chopped almonds
Handful of chopped dates
Sprinkling of cacao nibs
1 x banana
1 x pint oat milk
6-8 ounces ProRev (either chocolate or vanilla would taste the bomb!)

Once again, chuck all these ingredients in your blender and give them a whizz. The results will be both nutritious and delicious.
