Yields: 6-9 Pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 scoops protein powder
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
Directions:
Mix everything in a blender on medium speed, until very well mixed
Heat a non stick griddle to medium heat. Add the batter in small circles-- about 1/4 cup per pancake. You can sprinkle with chocolate chips or blueberries if wanted. When the edges start to look dry (2-3 min), flip and cook for another minute or two.
Top with anything you'd like, peanut butter and honey are pretty bomb ;)
