
Substituting protein powders in recipes is becoming very common in the fitness community. Other than your typical protein shake recipes, athlete's are using their protein powders for baked goods including pancakes, muffins, and even pizza crust ... and it's delicious.
A simple online search and you'll get a million and one recipes, but since you're already here I'll give you the muffin recipe a family member sent to me.
Ingredients:
- 2 Healthy Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 2 Cups of Dry Oatmeal
- 2 Bananas
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp cinnamon (optional)
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Bake time = 12-15 minutes
